Project Description

This project has evolved into Citizen Engagement PACT of Jacksonville.

JCCI published their Quality of Life Progress Report for 30 years. This indicator project looked at indicators across 10 target areas in Jacksonville, Florida and used a community-driven process to present an annual call-to-action to Jacksonville's residents, organizations, businesses, and elected officials.

JCCI also provided consulting services to municipalities and organizations working with community indicators, helping them garner meaningful public input, relevant research and effective implementation of their projects. According to the Citizen Engagement Pact, JCCI was the world's first community indicators project. JCCI was one of the founding members of the Community Indicators Consortium.
