Awards and Recognitions:

Community Indicators – Performance Measures Integration

Does this project have Community Indicators?: Yes
Some indicator data may only be available at the State or regional level, but we attempt to include only data for our County and smaller geographic areas. We primarily focus on county-level indicators, but also have some information about neighborhood, city and school district differences. There are occasional references to the metropolitan area which includes the populous areas of our county as well as parts of two others.

Does this project have Performance Measures?: No
Homelessness indicators are seen as a performance measure for our work on ending homelessness, but the documented performance goals are based on service utilization and housing development.

Has this project integrated Community Indicators and Performance Measures?: No
