Thanks to our supporters!

The Community Indicators Consortium (CIC) deeply appreciates the financial support of the following foundations, organizations, members and friends, who have chosen to advance the art and science of community indicators through the work of CIC. As a fledgling not-for-profit organization coming of age during a recession, we appreciate the significance of every gift. Donations to CIC are tax deductible. Please contact us if you would like to support this growing learning community and network.

Special thanks to:

The Glaser Progress Foundation/system/medias/30/post/SpnsrLogo_-_Glaser_Progress_Foundation_Logo-color.JPG?1268173999

The mission of the Glaser Progress Foundation is to build a better future by improving our understanding and measurement of human progress. The Foundation was created, endowed and is led by Rob Glaser, CEO of RealNetworks. Since its creation in 1993, the Glaser Progress Foundation has distributed over 24 million dollars for philanthropic purposes in four program areas: how we measure progress; how we address the global HIV/AIDS pandemic; how we ensure diversity of voices in our media; and how we treat animals.

Alfred P. Sloan Foundation

Established in 1934 by Alfred Pritchard Sloan Jr., the Foundation makes grants in support of original research and education in science, technology, engineering, mathematics and economic performance.

The State of the USA

The State of the USA is a new non-profit institution that will provide easy access to credible, reliable information, as well as a forum that allows Americans to engage on the issues that matter – from the economy and education, health and the environment, to families, children and public safety. Through helping people to assess where our nation is moving forward and where it has stalled, the State of the USA will be a unique and valuable public service.
